It's hard to grab a small dragger or the window corner because it requires very accurate positioning. But even when finger is not moving, just a breath or a heart beat can make the cursor move a few pixels away, that makes it so difficult. So I suggest:

Improve mouse precision when cursor moving speed is slow.

Improve mouse smoothness by removing the jittering.
