Trackpad and Scrollpad speed control

Customization of the Touchpad "Pointer Speed" and "Acceleration" along with Scrollpad "Speed" on an X and Y axis should be accessible within the Server software.

    It would be great to be able to change the speed settings for Air Keyboard. However, I think the speed/acceleration may be more well suited on the client software (iOS for me) than the server software (android set-top box).
