Create a mappable joystick for gaming , also tilt controls mappable as well for say a racing game
joystick or even multiple joysticks for gaming purposes ,, tilting on games is common on tablets mappable tilting for setting up for a racing PC controlled through tablet would be cool

And/Or similarly...allow four key combination "type"'s called mouse up, mouse down, mouse right (direction) and mouse left (direction)... Or one mouse direction type that you could specify degrees of direction the mouse moves...
